This website is operated by WARREN S CHANELIS PEAKWORKFLOWS, using the PeakWorkflows brand. We provide business websites and AI automation services, including inquiry handling, booking tools, follow-up, and customer communications. By using this website, you agree to these terms. Specific paid services, pricing, cancellation terms, and deliverables are governed by your separate service agreement.
2. Website use
Provide accurate information and use our website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the website, or submit unlawful content. Our services are intended for adults authorized to act for their business.
3. SMS program and consent
WARREN S CHANELIS PEAKWORKFLOWS offers optional text messaging. If you select the service SMS consent box, you may receive inquiry responses, demo appointment confirmations and reminders, and customer support texts. If you select the separate marketing SMS consent box, you may receive special offers, discounts, and promotional service updates.
Neither consent box is preselected or required. You may choose either, both, or neither. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and providing a phone number or submitting an inquiry does not by itself constitute SMS consent. You must be authorized to consent for the number you provide.
4. Frequency and charges
